“ Perfect experience. I was shocked at how great the experience was. We have had issues at our local Taco Bells Not this one 4 out of every 5 visits. We had never visited this Taco Bell because it is far from home, but we were in the area that day. The staff at this Taco Bell in Sandusky was quick, friendly, provided a 100 accurate delivery of our order, and the food even tasted better! The cinnamon twists were fresh. None of that bitter old oil taste The beans tasted better and cheese was more present and stretchy. I should mention that this was 11pm on a Sunday, and it was a relatively large order 3 boxes including 3 drinks, plus 2 additional items. 27 order. ”
“ So truthfully every time we go to this location something is wrong. Today was the same, but its important to recognize the employees with a 5 star rating. Today there were 3 people running that whole place during lunch rush. Even when putting up with hungry, angry, and hateful people, they stayed calm and kept at it. I waited for our food for a while, but considering how many orders there were it wasnt unreasonable. When I got our food it was all correct, good quality, and not thrown together all messy. It was very good. Great job to the 3 individuals who stuck it out today. You did a great job and I hope you get recognized for it. ”
